Perla Descallar, FNP-C, is the owner, CEO, and lead Nurse Practitioner of Zclinic, with over 20 years of dedicated experience in nursing, emergency medicine, and specialty infusion. Her career spans a wide range of clinical settings, where she developed a strong reputation for compassionate, evidence-based care. Recognized as Nurse of the Year at Northwest Texas Hospital, Perla brings both leadership and a deep commitment to patient wellness to her current role. At Zclinic, she combines her clinical expertise with a personalized approach to guide the practice in delivering high-quality, patient-focused healthcare.
My Qualifications
Perla Descallar, FNP-C, has over 20 years of nursing experience and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She also holds over 7 years of experience as an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner, with extensive experience in acute and urgent care. In addition, she is a certified Specialty Infusion Nurse Practitioner, skilled in safely administering complex infusion therapies. Her diverse expertise allows her to provide comprehensive, high-quality care across a wide range of patient needs.
